Please note that personalized items and products purchased from third-party retailers are not eligible for direct returns through our online portal.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original Daniel Wellington presentation box and secure them in a sturdy shipping carton.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to your local authorized courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
